With a background in environmental science, digital communications, and political campaigning, Jenn has over two decades’ experience leading initiatives that create tipping points for transformative change. Jenn is based in Washington, D.C.

Rosanna has worked in the sustainability sector for five years, on projects ranging from urban climate governance and community climate action to Just Transition research. She is passionate about equitable access to the outdoors, the Just Transition, and sustainable agrifood systems. Rosanna divides her time between London and Edinburgh in the UK.

April brings over five years of experience in administration and research. With a background in Conflict Studies and Human Rights, she is committed to helping not-for-profits around the globe enhance their organizational efficiency to enable delivery of their mission and goals. April is based in Toronto, Ontario.

Teresa is passionate about translating ideas into action by supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of global initiatives. Through project management and collaboration, she helps move complex multi-stakeholder work from concept to execution. With a commitment to social impact, Teresa has experience supporting nonprofit and international organizations across sectors including community development, mental health, and youth homelessness. Teresa is based in Spain.
